I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping others navigate mental health, substance use challenges, and the complexities of long-term care. I earned my Master’s Degree with Honors from Indiana Wesleyan University, and I’ve built my practice around compassion, empathy, and a deep respect for every individual’s unique journey.
In my work, I blend traditional treatment approaches with lifestyle interventions to create thoughtful, personalized care plans. I enjoy working with people of all ages and diagnoses, and I genuinely value my patients’ rich diversity of backgrounds and experiences. I believe in the power of active listening, practical problem-solving, and building meaningful, trusting relationships. My ultimate goal is to empower each person I work with to take control of their mental health and live a more balanced life.
Outside of the clinic, my family is my focus. I love spending time with my loved ones and cheering on my kids in both their athletic and academic adventures. They inspire me every day to keep showing up with heart and purpose.
